For eight years, Boss Week has turned grief into purpose. What began as a tribute to LaMarco 'Boss' Wilcox has grown into a week-long commitment to Jacksonville's young people — mentorship over mayhem, discipline over despair, community over chaos.

A back-to-school fundraiser where leaders and companies adopt a group of youth and sponsor their lane — bowling, arcade, and mentorship under one roof.

The Bosses Ball
An evening of recognition featuring the official nonprofit presentation — celebrating Men of Balance programming and its measurable impact on Duval's youth.
Feed the Homeless
Community outreach serving Jacksonville's unhoused neighbors with hot meals and supplies. Volunteer check-in details are sent on signup.
Duval Day
Youth boxing, mentorship, and the back-to-school giveaway kickoff — a celebration of Duval's next generation.
Boss Sunday Church Service
A morning of worship, fellowship, and service to close the week in faith. An invitation-only gathering for the Boss Week family.
Back-to-School Giveaway
The culmination of the fundraiser — backpacks, supplies, and resources placed directly into the hands of Duval families, sending kids back to class ready to win.
